The Rates are based on two or less guests. Children under 2 years stay free.
Standard rate Memorial day through Labor day. (Seasonal)
Daily Rate After 7 Days: $170 Per Day Special Rate (Off Season) $150
Weekly Rate: $850 Per Week Special Rate (Off Season) $725
Additional Guests: $25 per guest Special Rate (Off Season) $20
Pet Fee: $10 per pet per day (Maximum 2 well mannered pets).
Additional 18ft. pontoon boat rental:
We will rent for one day, but it will be charged at a two day rate.
You do not have to rent the cottage to rent this boat.
All Rentals For This Boat Are To be On Pelican Lake Only.

Deposit: $500.00 Per Rental (Refunded After Boat Inspection)

-Deposits must be received within 5 business days of reservation.
-Balance is due at check-in.
-We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Bank Checks or Traveler's Checks. We appolozige that at this time we do not accept credit cards.
-For Cancellations, refund will be issued only if time reserved is filled.
-Once the reservation is made and confirmed, the rental period can not be changed, and will be charged for the full duration despite of late arrival or, early departures.
-Late check outs must be authorized by the management.
-There will be no cancellation or refund for the reasons related to the weather.
-For online reservation submission, we will contact you at the phone number/email address provided to confirm the reservation.

Conditions
-Guests should provide the bedding (Sheets & Pillow Cases), Blankets are available.
-Guests should bring the towels, wash cloths, and toiletries.
-Guests are welcome to use the on-site aluminium boat but life jackets are not provided at the cabin and are guests' responsibility.
